Shipping Policy
All CROSSNCOTTON products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to production and prepared by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.
Processing and Delivery Times
Most orders are produced and delivered within 7 to 15 business days within the United States.
Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to production volume, product availability, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders are typically sent to production shortly after purchase. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the United States only.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email if tracking is available for your shipment. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of a replacement order or reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at crossncotton@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the issue and help where possible.
