Returns & Refunds Policy
All CROSSNCOTTON products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind.
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at crossncotton@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the size tag if the wrong size was received
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a refund. In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned.
Wrong size or color ordered
We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product. Each item is produced individually after the order is placed.
Incorrect or incomplete address
If an order cannot be delivered because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, the customer may be responsible for the cost of a replacement order or reshipment.
